1. The software
Lumenpages CMS is self-hosted software delivered source-available. You may run it in your own Cloudflare account for any project — personal, commercial, or client work — at no charge.
2. Your responsibilities
Because Lumen runs in your infrastructure, you are responsible for the content you publish, the access tokens you issue (including to coding agents), and your compliance with laws that apply to your site. Keep your admin JWTs private; they are full-access credentials.
3. Support
Support is community-based via GitHub. We may offer paid support or hosting arrangements separately — those are governed by their own agreements and take precedence over these terms where applicable.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation of Cloudflare services, which are third-party infrastructure. You agree to maintain backups — the CLI's snapshot tooling makes this easy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of Lumen is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
